There is nothing more terrifying than being judged… or even just the feeling of being judged.

Some days you work hard all day, and you get to the end of it and question what you have done. Other days, you do something that seems insignificant in the greater scheme of things, but actually could make a huge impact.
Today, I sent the details of the franchise to a company to help promote it.
A simple step on paper - but in reality, it felt huge.
Because in my mind, I wasn’t just sending information, images and links.
I was handing over something I’ve built, worked on, and care deeply about… and inviting someone else to form an opinion on it.
It reminded me of opening GCSE results.
You’ve worked so hard. You’ve given it your best.
And then suddenly… it’s in someone else’s hands.
If I were saying this to a student, I’d tell them:
“Walk in knowing you’ve done your best - that’s all anyone can ever ask of you.”
But when you’re the one on the receiving end…
that’s much harder to believe.
I see this in the children I support all the time - that fear of being judged, of not being “good enough.”
So, this is my reminder today (and maybe yours too):
If you’ve shown up and given it your best — that is enough.
And this is part of building something. Stepping out of your comfort zone and waiting for what will happen next.
